Refund Policy

Try before you buy: every install gets 10 free polishes with no signup, so you can see exactly what PostPolish does before paying anything.

14-day refunds, no questions asked

If you subscribe and PostPolish isn't for you, email support@featherapps.online within 14 days of any charge (first or renewal) and we'll refund it in full. Refunds are issued by Polar, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from your customer portal (linked in your Polar receipt email), or by emailing us. Cancellation stops all future charges; your license stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Extended breakage

If a Bluesky app change breaks PostPolish and we can't restore it within 7 days, we'll proactively refund the current month for affected subscribers.
